A legacy born on the bay

For over 12 years, our mission has remained the same: to deliver the highest quality shellfish, harvested with deep respect for the marine ecosystems we rely on.

Every oyster we grow is farmed traditionally on the mudflats of Netarts Bay, creating vital habitat for native species. We hand-harvest each oyster with care, and they’re never out of the water for more than 24 hours before reaching your event, restaurant, or home.
